RIDE ON THE WAVES OF LIFE
Life is a series of peaks and troughs. Nothing stays the
same.
Periods of happiness come, to then be followed by a time of
troubles.
The best way to navigate this cycle is to just follow it
through and don’t resist it.
The world works on a circle:
+ Spring becomes summer, then autumn and winter.
+ Fertilisation, embryogenesis, pregnancy, parturition, life.
+ A tree grows its leaves, uses them to manufacture energy,
stores the energy, loses its leaves.
Life is much the same. We have to use the happy joyous
times, to renew, reinvigorate and create positive memories, ready for the
inevitable trough of happiness.
The troubles we face are there to challenge us, to make us
grow and to force ourselves into a new balance and stop the stagnation. The only thing we should do is identify the time of your
cycle. If you feel like you are on a high point, then embrace it. If you feel
you are on a lower point, then rest assured that things will rebalance and
happiness will flow back in.
You will feel deep, true happiness again. You will get
through the darkness. Don’t fight it and just ride out the storm as if you were
a boat falling and climbing on the banks of water of the rough seas. Just be
there, just be present.
Don’t overthink.
Just let it be and bring peace to the situation. Once you let peace in, the situation will resolve sooner and
you will become more open to change and the positive opportunities it will take
you through.
Life is a collection of experiences. As you gain age, you will discover how to extend the peaks and avoid the troughs. It gets easier and the power of hindsight is often misjudged until you have it.
Much love,
